401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Disability Income Protection

  • Long term disability payments of 60% if basic earnings, subject to a $5,000 maximum per month, begin after 90 calendar days of continuous disability
  • Voluntary short term disability, above and beyond sick pay, is available at a discounted premium

Differentials

  • Weekend differential: 15% of base pay for all hourly employees
  • Shift differential: $1.50 for second shift and $2.00 for third shift for all hourly employees
