Good stress organizes our frameworks; it gives us internal timetables “to get things done;” it forces us to make decisions.  Bad stress is assuming or taking on too much responsibility in work, family or community; it can lead to depression and irritability.  Learn methods to reduce stress and increase one’s coping skills which may improve relationships and one’s functioning, and adaptability in the family and workplace.

For those who have experienced loss from death of a loved one, divorce, or a significant change of life event, the emotional roller coaster can be personally inexplicable. This workshop will help one put some understanding into the process.

All workshops are free unless otherwise noted and held in the classrooms of the Proctor Professional Building, adjacent to the hospital.
