Skilled Nursing Center
Between the hospital and home is the experience, capability and compassion of the
Proctor Skilled Nursing Center. Located in the main hospital facility, the Skilled
Nursing Center focuses on the daily nursing and rehabilitative needs of patients
with a variety of medical needs. These patients may need more nursing care than
they would have at home, but they no longer need the full medical support of the
hospital.
Professional nursing care and therapy are provided in a supportive, home-like environment that encourages and assists patients in regaining self-sufficiency and independence.
