Living In Balance Series
The Counseling Center is providing FREE informational sessions to help you find balance in your life. It can be challenging to juggle the demands of your job and the rest of your life. When your work life and personal life are out of balance, your stress level is likely to soar. Even if you're no longer employed, the sessions may still provide vital information for you to use in your life.
The Living in Balance program will help you learn, or re-learn, practical strategies to restore harmony and bring a little more balance to your daily routine. Make work-life balance a priority and join us!
