Quality & Safety
At Proctor Hospital our mission is to provide unmatched healthcare experiences...every day.
Part of our continuing efforts at improving quality is participation in national initiatives for public reporting of quality measures promoted by organizations such as
the Joint Commission and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The hospital quality measures provided as a link on this website
reflect the hospital’s compliance with recommended treatments agreed upon by
national healthcare professionals. Scientific research has found that patients have
the best results when these treatment guidelines are followed. This information is provided
as one example of Proctor Hospital’s strong commitment to quality. We encourage you to talk
to your health care provider about this information and become an active partner with Proctor
in delivering quality medical care.

CMS Hospital Compare was created through
the efforts of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health
and Human Services, and other members of the
Hospital Quality Alliance: Improving Care Through Information (HQA). The information on the website
comes from hospitals that have agreed to submit quality information for Hospital
Compare to make public.
