Proctor Hospital has implemented a 100 percent smoke-free policy. Smoking is off-limits to all patients, family, visitors, volunteers and staff.
This means that while you are on our campus, you may not smoke or use tobacco products of any kind. This policy includes land, buildings, parking lots and parking decks, leased spaces, and hospital or privately owned vehicles on a Proctor Health Care, Inc., campus (Proctor Hospital, Proctor FirstCare and all Proctor Health Systems offices).
If you need to light up, you'll have to go elsewhere. But we'd really like it if you decided to go smoke-free yourself. Your lungs, heart, family and friends will be glad you did.
A smoke-free campus is just one more way we're setting the standard for health and wellness in our community.
